Some hotels offer reduced rates to Jehovah’s Witnesses visiting our headquarters and branch offices in USA or attending district conventions, assemblies or similar gatherings held around the city of New York

If your congregation is in the United States, you may also contact your congregation secretary to help you obtain the list of such hotels from appropriate convention committees

Hotels do not provide shuttle buses between the various bethel premises

Reserve Accommodation in Brothers Private Apartment in New York
In view of the high costs of hotel reservations within and around New York, some brothers have made their apartments available to Jehovah’s Witnesses touring bethel at rates lower than the commercial hotel rates. Hence, you may be able to reserve accommodations in such apartments

The openings are few and subject to availability. If you select this reservation option while making tour reservation, you will receive a confirmation from the specific apartment owner. The holder will also confirm to you if the apartment is not available on your dates. Else, you will receive information on how to make your advanced deposit

The landlords of the private apartments are not responsible for transport to and from any of the bethel locations
