Before Booking: Get tourists names, a valid email, your congregation name and number and have a tour date in mind.
While Booking: You will submit brief tourists’ data, and if your group is more than 5, you need a group captain who is also enrolled on the tour. You may specify a pick up location, request support for special needs and may reserve accommodation
After booking: Acknowledgment is emailed for successful booking. A scheduled confirmation is emailed if your tour is scheduled. If you request accommodation in brothers’ private apartments, you will receive email with further information
